The company’s share capital of PLN 2,000,000.00 has been fully paid-up. The main shareholder, holding 99.99% of shares, is Paymento S.A.

Paymento Financial S.A. is a National Payment Institution within the meaning of the Act on payment services of 9 August 2011, entered into the Payment Services Register under no. 46/2017. The business activity performed by Paymento Financial S.A., as a National Payment Institution, is supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

The company has adopted the Corporate Governance Principles to the fullest possible extent. The company does not apply the principles 8.4 and 13.1, due to the scale of its activity. On 14 February 2018 and on 14 January 2019, the company’s supervisory board issued a positive opinion concerning the company’s compliance with the Corporate Governance Principles.
