The subject of the processing are the personal data which are collected when you use this website, including personal data saved in the cookies which are installed on our website, and the personal data provided when you use our website or send messages. Purpose of personal data processing.

The data may be processed, upon your consent, for marketing purposes and for the purpose of answering your enquiries. If you express such consent, Paymento Financial S.A. may process your data. The data will also be processed for the purpose of providing services by Paymento Financial S.A., detecting bots and abuse, as well as performing statistical measurements and service improvements.

Period of personal data processing.

The data will be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw the consent for their processing. As far as services are concerned, Paymento Financial S.A. processes the data for the period during which the services are performed, and – in justified cases – after their completion, however, only when it is permitted or required by the applicable law (for instance, for statistical or settlement purposes or in order to pursue any claims). In such cases, the data are only processed for the period necessary to achieve the relevant objectives. Paymento Financial S.A. undertakes to observe the secrecy obligation with regard to your data and to duly secure such information against unauthorised access.

Requirement to provide personal data.

Personal data are provided voluntarily. However, please keep in mind that if you do not provide the data marked as obligatory for the provision of services, it will not be possible to provide them.
